5K RUN

| Age Requirements: | 14 and over may run on their own |
| 5-13 must be accompanied by a parent/guardian | |
| (child and parent/guardian must both be registered) |
Participants will receive a shirt and a medal.
Course Rules
- Bikes, strollers, roller blades and animals are NOT permitted on the course.
- The 5K course will close at 9:20 AM. Participants must meet at least a 14:00 minute/mile pace.
Registration Rules
- No refunds or deferments of entry fees
- Paper/mail-in registrations will not be accepted after January 1, 2014
Award Rules
All finishing participants will receive a finishers medal.

- Cash awards are based on gun time not chip time.
- Runners can only win awards and/or cash prizes for the event they are officially registered in.
- An athlete can be awarded prize money in only one category.
- Overall and Master category winners are not eligible for age group awards.
